We have a situation in regards to our energy consumption. We are using resources that pollute the planet. In addition, these resources are depleting more and more everyday. We’d be fooling ourselves if we believe that we can continue our energy patterns without hurting ourselves even more.  We must look towards different energy resources. That of cleaner and a more natural energy that doesn’t hurt the planet.

Wind power is one such energy source that can help reduce pollution and our carbon footprint. The implementation of a windmill is not considered very cheap; however, it turns out a huge money saver in the long run when the cost of producing power becomes zero. Some may think that they need a lot of wind in order to be able to efficiently use a windmill.  You may be surprised that people who live in areas that have even a lower average wind speed of 11 miles per hour still get good results in producing wind energy.
